Shipping Charges

The current shipping charges are an estimate based on previous packages sent with Canada Post. If your charges are more than you have paid, there will be no further charges to you however should there be a significant savings on my part from what you have been charged, I will credit this amount to you.

Shipping Timeline

I make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. If the expected time to ship is any longer than this, you can expect an email from me if it is an isolated event otherwise a notice will be placed on my website so that you are aware of any potential delays.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on scrapmuch.ca, I cannot guarantee product availability and products, and some products may not be available for immediate delivery. I reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped Canada Post Regular Parcel. All packages are automatically shipped with insurance and are traceable.

Customers living in and around Calgary, Alberta are welcome to arrange for pickup in order to save the shipping charges. I only carry a select amount of inventory on hand however so if you want to pick up you may want to check with me to ensure I have it on hand. If pickup is specified, I will contact you to arrange a time for pickup. Pickup times may be delayed if the item you have selected is part of my ‘virtual’ inventory that I ship directly from my supplier. I should be able to provide estimated time of availability at the time of your order.

Returns

All products may be returned for a refund provided that they are still in the original packaging and in a resalable condition. You must first contact me to inform me of the products you wish to return as well as the reason for the return. After being given a return authorization number, the products may be returned. Once the product has been received your Paypal account will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee to cover the costs of re-entering the item back into the system.
